L’Institut BIblique du Québec is in Longueuil, the third largest city of Quebec, on the South Shore of Montreal. It provides a theological and ministerial study which started in January 1997, following the fusion of the two colleges which were respectively in Quebec and Montreal.

IBQ is the only French-speaking biblical college affiliated to the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada.
